My name is KiKi and I teach and perform traditional
African dance. Come join us at the Arts and Entertainment center for a unique opportunity
to explore the rich and diverse cultures of West Africa.
In these classes you will be taught traditional movement, rhythm
and song from the regions of Mali, Guinea, Senegal and the Ivory Coast. This class will be tailored towards beginner
and intermediate students, with an emphasis on teaching technique and timing.
In addition to great dancing we will have some of the greatest African
drummers in the city, and from around the world. You will feel the full affects of African culture, with the additional added
benefit of a great workout.
